定义

“处理”是指对个人信息单一的或一系列的操作，例如个人信息的收集、存储、使用、加工、传输、提供、公开、删除等。
“受托方”是指接受个人信息处理者的委托来处理个人信息的法律实体。

个人信息收集

我们只收集和处理与其收集个人信息时决定的目的相关的、充分的、不过分的以及有绝对必要的个人信息。
我们将采取一切有效措施，确保个人信息是准确和完整的，若有必要我们也会及时更新。
如必须取得个人的同意，我们会获得其同意，并告知他们有关个人信息的处理情况。
我们将在下列情况下处理与您有关的个人信息和您提供给上海德高动量的活动：

个人信息接收方

我们可以向其集团下各家公司、当地政府部门或机构、其合伙伙伴、其可能的第三方服务供应商提供访问您个人信息的权限。前述第三方作为受托方，提供与上海德高动量服务及IT应用有关的服务（如主机、存储、分析、处理、数据库管理和IT维护服务）。

我们将基于以下标准以确定一个适用的存储期限： 
您使用我们服务的信息将会在合同关系存续的期间内始终被保存，并在合同结束后根据适用的时效期间规定进行存储；

  • 管理的服务提供商、合作伙伴的商业关系的信息将在合同关系的存续期间内始终被保存，并在合同结束后根据适用的时效规定进行存储；
  • 当您同意接收营销信息时，我们将存储您的个人信息直至您明确表示不希望接收此类信息，或至适用法律限定的期限；
  • 当您的信息是与IT服务和应用程序有关的请求/查询的形式收集时，我们将在处理此类请求或查询所需的期间内存储您的信息；
  • 自与申请人最后一次接触之日起计算，除非申请人同意保存更长的时间，一般职位申请文件最多可保存3年；在这种情况下，个人信息根据适用的诉讼时效的规定进行保存。

安全

我们将通过一个从物理上、逻辑上都能够保证安全措施的系统，来确保您的个人信息的安全性。
互联网环境并非百分之百安全，我们将尽力确保或保证您发送给我们的任何信息的安全性。如果我们的物理、技术、或管理防护设施遭到破坏，导致个人信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改、或毁坏，导致您的合法权益受损，我们将承担相应的法律责任。在不幸发生个人信息安全事件后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知。同时，我们还将按照监管部门要求，主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。

儿童隐私保护

The internet environment is not one hundred percent safe; we will try our best to ensure and guarantee the security of the information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or administrative defensive equipment were to be attacked or destroyed, resulting in personal data being accessed by an unauthorized entity, publicly disclosed, altered or destroyed, thereby compromising your legal rights and interests, we will bear the corresponding legal obligations.
