| Position：Digital |
|
Job description：
1. The Digital Associate Sales Director is an experienced senior manager that reports to the Director of Sales, and has digital sales responsibilities that include a significant portion of the digital sales quota with objectives to exceed revenue goals and customer service expectations. This position also assists the Director of Sales in managing and leading the digital sales function with specific administrative responsibilities.
2.Staff development and training duties will include, hiring of staff, training, managing and coaching digital sales managers in their selling process, and maintains a positive team environment. This position will also require coordinating and leading weekly digital sales and training meetings, working with other departments to manage customer requirements.
3. Responsibilities also include prepareing and handling digital sales reports, to maximize digital sales revenue.
4. Sales Director will hold weekly half-day review to discuss about current issues with Digital Associate Sales Director individually; based on the same concept as the reporting made by Sales Director to General Manager and will include..
5. Digital Associate Sales Director will hold a weekly meeting with digital team member to brief/coach digital account manager on the sales priorities of the week/month.
Requirements：
1. Possess Degree in Business, Marketing.
2. Must have minimum3-5 years experience working in a multi-national corporation in a high level sales position.
3. Must be a self starter and extremely motivated to win.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
5. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
6. Possess sophistication and poise to work with high visibility, internationally known clients.

| Position：Sales Account Manager |
|
Job description：
1. Responsible for developing new accounts through new and existing contacts.
2. Achieve aggressive targets within a specified time frame.
3. Manages sales order process, coordinating with customers, acknowledges and understands customer requirements, and expedites the process with internal associates.
4. Closely work with internal associates such as program management, engineering, production and quality to manage completion of new product introduction in a timely manner.
5. Closely work with Management for future planning and coordination.
